As a new patient, you are very welcome at our dental practice in Rotterdam. Registering is easy: you can sign up online, or you can call us at 010-436 1604. Please have your Citizen Service Number (BSN) available, as you will need it to complete your registration.
Online Registration Form
You can register online using our registration form. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing information about the practice, as well as a medical questionnaire and GDPR form. Once we have received the completed forms, you can call us to schedule your first consultation.
Telephone Registration
Would you prefer to register and schedule an appointment by phone? You can reach us at 010-436 1604. Please have your BSN (Citizen Service Number) ready when scheduling your appointment, as you will need it to complete your registration.
Emergency Treatment
Are you experiencing pain or other dental problems that require immediate attention? Please let us know when scheduling your first appointment. We will, of course, take this into account when planning your visit.

First Visit and Costs
There are costs associated with your first visit, even if no treatment is carried out. These costs may include the consultation, any necessary X-rays, and any emergency treatment provided. Our fees are in accordance with the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) regulations on performance and tariffs for dental care.
Payment Policy
To ensure that your treatment runs as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to pay your treatment invoice at the reception desk by debit card or cash. You will receive a detailed invoice that you can submit to your health insurer for reimbursement.
No Contracts with Health Insurers
We have chosen not to enter into contracts with health insurers. This may affect the amount of your reimbursement. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the terms and conditions of your health insurance policy to avoid any unexpected costs. Dental care for children under the age of 18 is almost always covered under the basic health insurance package.
PIEN Support for Calculating Your Personal Contribution
At TANDZORG.NL, we use PIEN Support, software that enables us to quickly and easily calculate your personal contribution towards treatment costs. Our reception team can immediately provide you with an estimate of the amount you may be reimbursed for your treatment or for the treatment plan prepared by your dentist. Please note that these amounts are always subject to change and no rights can be derived from these calculations.
First appointment
To gain a clear understanding of your general health and your dental needs and preferences, we kindly ask you to complete the online form as thoroughly as possible. This enables us to tailor your care to your individual needs. Are you anxious about dental treatment? Please mention this when making your appointment. At TANDZORG.NL, we understand dental anxiety and know how to help you feel at ease.
Based on the information you provide, we will determine which of our experienced dental professionals is best suited to your needs. We believe in personal attention and want to ensure that you feel comfortable with your dentist.
During your first appointment, your dental professional will explain how our practice works and discuss which treatments may be suitable for you. We will also take X-rays or review any existing X-rays in your dental records to gain a clear understanding of the current condition of your teeth and oral health.
Together with you, we will develop a treatment plan that is fully tailored to your needs and goals. We will discuss the following with you:
- The number of treatments required.
- The expected results of the treatment.
- The potential risks associated with the treatment.
- An overview of the estimated costs of the treatment plan.

Free parking
You can park free of charge behind our practice in the designated spaces. Please note that these spaces are reserved exclusively for the duration of your appointment.
The entrance to the parking area is located next to the practice entrance at Mathenesserlaan 194. Press the doorbell and a member of our reception team will open the gate for you. The reserved parking spaces are located immediately to the left of the entrance and are marked BEZOEKERS TANDZORG.NL, spaces 1 through 6.
After parking your car, simply walk back the same way to the entrance of our practice at number 192.
